Join me in these intimate and transformative monthly gatherings where we align our lives with the natural rhythm of the lunar cycle. Each session is a sacred opportunity to deepen our self-awareness and inner peace through intentional practices, reflection, and community spirit.
We always meet 24h before the peak of Full and New Moon!
What to Expect:

Lunar Insights: Explore the unique dynamics of each Full and New Moon, gaining clarity and insight into the energies that shape our lives and the world.

Holistic Practices: Engage in pranayama (breathwork), guided meditations, mantra chanting, and rituals that ground and center you in alignment with the Moon’s cycle.

Vedic Astrology & Personal Guidance: Each participant will receive their Vedic natal chart, which will help you gain a deeper understanding of your chart as we progress.

Telegram Community: Share your experiences and connect with others who are also walking this journey along with me.

Special Themes: We’ll delve into topics such as, for example, ancestry, family constellations, and will meet also during important spiritual festivals aligned with the Moon's cycle such as Navaratri, Diwali, Ganesha Chaturthi, and Shivaratri.

Session Details
When: Live online gatherings at 19:00 CET the day before each Full and New Moon.
Duration: Each session lasts around 1h.
Recordings: Can’t attend live each time? No problem. Each session will be available at a platform after the Live practice.
